Speech!!!!

My speech was about Dubai.
I think something that was good about my speech was that it had a lot of information about Dubai.
If there was something that I would have done differently it would be to make it a bit funny.

Maths

5 areas of maths that I'm good at are working form mult, working form sub, working form add, graphs and add & sub mental strategies.
2 things I  need to work on is area and volume.
Is there anyone who is good at them and knows a really easy way of remembering how to do them?

Holiday

This holidays I didn't do much because I was at my friends house for most of the first week. I was helping her pack because she was moving houses. If I wasn't at her house I was at home watching TV and on the computer. I also had a dancing performance on the first Saturday. My favourite bit of my holidays was the first Friday because I went to the Titanium concert with Kelly and Peta. It was really fun because we got to meet them and some other NZ singers including Brooke Duff, J Williams, Mixt Frequencies, K One, Joshy and Tom Hollow. We also got their signatures and got hugs from them. :)
On the second week I went to Martinborough with my family and some of my family friends. It was an hour long drive which wasn't that boring because all of my friends were in one car. We had loud music on and we were singing really loudly (I think it annoyed my friends dad). We were going to go quad biking but they were closed. :( Then we went to a beach but we weren't aloud to go near the water because it was high tide. So we just had to stand there and stare... The only thing we did was go to a vine yard and a really boring park. On the way back to Wellington we stopped at H2O extreme, which was the only good thing about trip. I was at in Marinborough from Tuesday to Friday so for the rest of the week I was resting (TV and computer). :)

Passion Project

For my passion project I am doing photography.

Printing

For my printing art work I did lots of koru's because they look really nice and I like koru's.

My theme is fire so I made the background look like fire. I ink printed the design onto my

background. My original idea was to do only the middle design but it looked a bit empty.

So I added the the strips on the side. This art work is for our calander.

The Mentalist

The Mentalist is a police investigation TV series that goes on TV2. It is created by Bruno Heller and directed by Chris Long and David Nutter.

The main characters are:

•  Simon Baker as Patrick Jane. He works as a criminal consultant for the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Someone known as Red John murdered Patrick’s wife, Angela and their daughter Charlotte. He mainly joined the CBI because he wanted to capture Red John and even kill him. Patrick Jane is very helpful because he can read people’s minds.

• Robin Tunney as Teresa Lisbon, the Senior Special Agent.  She is the leader of the Serious Crime Unit team of which Patrick is part of. She views Patrick as a valuable member of the team but Patrick often annoys her with his unusual behaviour and going behind her back.

• Tim Kang as Kimball Cho. Kimball is a special agent with the CBI and a member of the Serious Crime team.

• Owain Yeoman as Wayne Rigsby. Wayne is also a special agent who is a member of the Serious Crime team.

• Amanda Righetti as Grace Van Pelt is a special agent and she is a member of the Serious Crime team.

The Serious Crime team is responsible for the Red John case but they also solve other small cases.

I really like this TV show because you never know whats going to happen in every episode and it is really cool how Patrick Jane reads people's minds and finds things out. Also every episode is a good one. 

2012 PRODUCTION!!

Production this year was really good and it went much better than what I thought. :) I really liked all the dances especially Midas and Ugly Duckling. ;) Everyone did really well mainly Olivia, Lucy W, Isaac and Aiden. I'm quite sad that it's over because it was really fun working on the production. I bet it's the best production this school has done. :D  WooHoo!
 

My Obsession

Lots of people know that I love One Direction so that is my obsession. But I wouldn't say that I'm obsessed because I'm not...I am a dedicated fan. :)
I am very interested in them because they are very talented, funny, immature, great personalities and they are good looking. Most of all I love their music. I could say more but it would go on forever.

Production!!

For the production im the fortune teller. I only have one line so I don't really have to practice learning it because I already know it. :) My line is "Tell your fotune pretty lady" and I have to say it in a creepy way.
Im only in two dances so I get my work done in time.

My Holidays Were...

My holidays were kind of boring. Both weeks I spent with two of my friends. We ate a lot of whipped cream and ice cream. We also watched Amazing Spider Man. So I didnt really do much. But it was alright.
Bet lots of people had a better holiday than me.

The Dark Blue 100-Ride Bus Ticket

Carlo and his mother, Jessica accept a bus ticket from a strange old woman. They only took it to be polite. They thought that she was quite weird because of her talk about a hundred free bus rides to the end of the world.

“…I mostly do my shopping at an entirely different other supermarket. I mostly go to the Supermarket at the End of the World.”

 Outside their supermarket a Number 13 bus pulls up. It a dark blue bus with gold stars, just like the ticket. Jessica and Carlo get on the bus because the feel adventures.

The wonderful Supermarket at the End of the World is real, but so are the Dowlers. The Dowlers are plotting and scheming to destroy the supermarket.

“There on his very doormat, peering into his very house, claws at the ready, was a Dowler trying to steal the hundred-ride bus ticket from him… the bus ticket that would take her to the Supermarket at the End of the World… the very supermarket that guarded itself so carefully from dangerous Dowlers.”

Holidays!!!!

During the holiday I spent a lot of time with some of my family friends. Most of the time we were doing stuff about One Direction. I went to the park a lot and went to sleepovers. On Friday the One Direction store opened so me and two of my friends woke up at 5am to go there even though the store opened at 9am. We were also shown on the news on TV which was cool because I have never been on TV before. XD
